Refund policy

At MamaMade, we want every mama to feel cared for and supported. If there is ever an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve your request quickly, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item is defective, we will replace it with the same item when available, or provide a suitable alternative.
